Language of the Heart
During this series, we embark on a journey into nature where we explore and gain a complete experience of connecting with the Earth --at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. We will walk the trail of remembrance into the ancient language of nature that is part of our original instructions. We work with plants, animals, rocks and the weather as they present themselves and learn how they can become our greatest allies. We sharpen our senses and become attuned to the myriad of ways that nature communicates with each of us, I call this "the language of the heart".
Class Participation: This class is designed for general naturalists, trackers, healers, shamanic practitioners, or any one that has a great love for nature.
Prerequisite: This class requires the ability to wander over uneven ground at times, owning cloths for the season and an interest in building journey skills. Contact me if you have any questions.
Offering: Next offering will be beginning February 27, 2010. Additional gatherings are March 27 and April 24. (This class meets once a month for three months.)
Location: Deer Island, Oregon. forty-five minute drive from downtown Portland. This class is held outdoors with the main gathering area under a round house with a nice warm fire.
Time: 10:00 am till 6:00pm
